Product Feature: JH-02 Water Reducing & Slump Retention Type
It is based on choosing functional monomer, using contrivable design of polymerization techniques, with molecular designs and adsorption capacity of polycarboxylate, we do R&D and successfully obtain special structure polycarboxylate molecule. It can effective control the absorption between polycarboxylate and cements, to achieve high retention of concrete.
Main function: wide adaptability to kinds of cements, gravels and sands. Little initial water reducing ratio and high retention ability. With stable performance, it’s widely used in all kinds of concrete projects and cement product, which is sold well in domestic and abroad market.

Note: Cement standard P.O.42.5. Recommended dosage of JH-02 is 0.4% (on the base of 40% solid content).

·Scope of Application
JH-02 can be widely used in all kinds of concrete projects and cement product, for example:
1. Suitable for compounding extra long-distance transportation pump concrete, especially for concrete which has high retention requirement in summer.
2. Suitable for compounding normal concrete, high-performance concrete.
3. Suitable for compounding high durable concrete which has impermeability, high ability of keeping collapse and frost-resistance.
4. Suitable for compounding concrete which has high dosage of coal ash and mineral powder.
5. Suitable for mass concrete that used in expressway, railway, bridge, tunnel, water conservancy projects, ports, wharf, underground etc.

·Usage
1. Recommended dosage (by binding materials’ weight) is 0.25%-0.80% (on the base of 40% solid content). The optimum dosage is according to the real project conditions and actual materials.
2. Compatibility test should be done in advance when used with other additives.
3. Precise measurement avoids repeat dosage, seep dosage and errors.

·Storage and Safety
1. JH-02 should be stored at temperature from 0℃-40℃. Keep out of sun, rain, impurity. Avoid evaporation of water.
2. JH-02’s quality guarantee period:180 days. Retest should be done when it is beyond validity, and can be used when it’s qualified.
3. JH-02 is non-toxic, non-polluting and non-edible. Avoid touching with eyes and skin allergy people. If touching, should clear with water and timely go to see doctor.
