Principle

When the air stream spray drying machine starts operation, the clean air enters the drying tower after heating; The material inside the tower is atomized into a fine mist through a nozzle. Heat exchange of raw materials with hot air quickly evaporates the moisture (solvent) in the raw materials. Moisture or solvent is discharged with hot air and then produces dry products.
