Uses:
Crystal solid can heat by bending the metal piece inside gently

• 1) When you use the heat pad at first time
• Push the metal disk, when you hear sound Ka, liquid will become solid immediately and start to heat, around 50 centigrade
• 2) Second use
• 1. After warming 1-2 hours, inside solid will become cold
• If you want reuse it, wrap the heat pad by towel, put it into boiling water for around 5-10minutes, until the inside solid become liquid again, then take the heat pad out from boiling water
